Carrie O'Neal CARRIE O'NEAL / Design Partner / Carrie has over 15 years experience as a Designer and Creative Director, producing marketing collateral and campaigns for a variety of clientele. She is a proud graduate of THE Ohio State University with a double major in both graphic and industrial design. She has successfully built O’Neal Designs, a woman-owned graphic design firm located in the Cincinnati area for the past 8 years.

John Pattison JOHN PATTISON / Art Director Partner / John’s 20+ year advertising career as Creative Director and Master Artsman includes leading brands such as Heinz, Chiquita, Delta Dental, GE Aircraft Engines, USG, and Hobart Corporation. In 2009, John started his advertising consulting firm, Project Red, LLC. He has been recognized by CA, The One Show, New York Art Directors, Graphis Advertising-Interactive Annuals and Effie’s to name a few.

Matt Strippelhoff MATT STRIPPELHOFF / Interactive Partner / Matt has 15 years of experience in the design, advertising, and interactive marketing field. His primary area of expertise is strategic based website design and development. Two years ago, Matt, along with his long-time business partner, Ron Dunlevy, founded Red Hawk Technologies in Northern Kentucky. They have worked with numerous retail and corporate interactive clients across the country.

Mike Tekulve MIKE TEKULVE / Radio Partner / Mike has been hanging out in the recording and music business for over 20 years now. His keen radio ear and versatile musicianship has earned him countless advertising, music and recording industry awards including several Emmys. He is currently director and founder of Creative Audio Associates with two recording studios in Greater Cincinnati and one in Los Angeles.

Mary Kall MARY KALL / Strategic Partner / Mary has 25 years of proven expertise in brand development, interactive marketing and business strategy. As a strategist, she has helped bluechip clients (i.e. Volvo, Visa, Quaker Oats, Northwest Airlines, Nestle and LucasFilms) focus on big picture objectives. She eternally advocates for target audiences because it’s consumers’ opinions and actions that ultimately drive business success.
